Cubs lefty spends $2.15 million in Wrigleyville
Cubs pitcher Ted Lilly and his wife, Natasha, bought a six-bedroom, 4.2 bath just down the street from where he works in Wrigleyville for $2.15 million at 1305 W. Waveland from Timothy and Jill Heise on March 29.
The Heises paid $626,000 for the land at 2656 N. Lakewood in March 2005. The house is built on the corner of Lakewood and Waveland.

So far this season he's 1-2 with an ERA of 2.42. The Calif. native earned his first victory as a Cub against Cincinnati on April 4.
Mr. Heise has worked as managing director of real estate for J.P. Morgan Investment Management. He owns a handful of development properties in Lincoln Park and Lakeview, including land at 3624 N. Lakewood, which he paid $885,000 for in Sept. 2006.
