Park Ridge attorney sells for $317K on Seminary

David T. Arena and his wife, Bridget, sold their two-bedroom, one bath condo at 3057 N. Seminary Ave. in Lake View for $317,000 to Kendall Anderson and Andrew Lettinga on May 12.
The Arenas paid $138,500 for Unit #4N in June 1992. There are eight units in the building.
Mr. Arena is an attorney at Di Monte & Lizak, a law firm in the western Chicago suburb of Park Ridge. He specializes in commercial litigation, including business disputes, contract and construction law, bankruptcy and debt collection and personal injury claims.
He joined the firm in 1996.
He earned his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (1996) and his bachelor's from Loyola University ('93).
