U.S. Cellular director, exercise studio owner buy Clifton condo

Joe Settimi and his wife, Elisabeth, bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 3207 N. Clifton in Lake View for $463,000 from Gibbons Construction May 14.
Unit #302 is one of eight units in the development, which was built in 2007.
Mr. Settimi is a director of product strategy and development for the U.S. Cellular Corporation in Chicago. He's worked for the company since May 2006 after previously spending seven years as a principal with management consulting firm DiamondCluster International.
He also spent four years as a consultant for Price Waterhouse.
He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan (1999) and his bachelor's in economics from the school in 1993.
Mrs. Settimi is the co-owner and co-director of The Bar Method studio, a national chain of exercise studios.
