Lakeview Station condo sells for $285K

David Fraas bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 3920 N. Sheridan Rd. in Lake View for $285,000 from Georgia Haab on May 14.

Unit #305 is one of 12 in the Lakeview Station development.

Fraas is a senior manager of consulting in the Chicago office of global logistics company C.H. Robinson. He's also served as manger of consulting, operations manager and orbit lead.

He attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Haab is a certified audiologist and the director of audiology at the Seven Bridges Hearing Center in suburban Woodridge. She is a Chicagoland native.
