Lawyer, hospital strategist sell Camden Passage townhome
Justine Young Gottshall and her husband, Steve, sold their three-bedroom, 3.1 bath townhome in the Camden Passage complex at 2024 N. Racine Ave. in Lincoln Park for $740,000 to Andrew Claar on May 14.
Unit F is one of 19 townhomes in Camden Passage, which was built in 1988.
Mrs. Gottshall is a partner at Chicago law firm Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP. She specializes in intellectual property law.
She earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School (1994) and her bachelor's in English, theater and drama from the University of Michigan ('91).
Mr. Gottshall has served as the director of hospital strategies for Physicians Practice, a physician's journal.
Claar has served as vice president in the BMO Capital Markets consumer and leisure group in Chicago.
He earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in economics from DePauw University.
