Ohio University grad spends $309K for Dakin condo

Charlotte Stacey and Matthew Kutsch bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 1050 W. Dakin St. in Lake View for $309,000 from John and Shermin Pelinski on May 13.
The Pelinskis paid $280,000 for Unit #3A in June 2004.
Stacey is a senior implementation manager at the CVS Caremark Corporation in Chicago. She's held the position since Sept. 2005. She previously spent four years as a business analyst with Hewitt Associates.
She earned her bachelor's in business administration from Ohio University (2001).
