Commercial realtor spends $435K for Ashby condo

Kurt Sarbaugh bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 3844 N. Ashland Ave. in Lake View for $435,000 from JAB Real Estate on May 16.

Unit #301 is one of 18 in The Ashby, located at the corner of Ashland and Bryon.

Sarbaugh is an associate in the Chicago office of Staubach, a commercial real estate firm founded by former NFL quarterback Roger Staubach. He specializes in industrial and office real estate for the company.

He earned his bachelor's in business management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind.
