Dr. Joy A. Derwenskus bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 1902 N. Halsted St. in Lincoln Park for $496,000 from 1902 N. Halsted LLC on May 20.
Unit #3 is one of three in the building.
Dr. Derwenskus is a neurologist and an associate professor of neurology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. She specializes in the areas of neuroimmunology and multiple sclerosis. She's affiliated with the Northwestern University Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Program, which she joined in 2005.
She earned her D.O. from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.
