Niall Collins bought a four-bedroom, 2.1 bath at 2030 N. Sedgwick St. in Lincoln Park for $985,000 for Lisa Goren on May 20.

Collins is a project director in the Chicago office of Shelbourne Development, an international real estate development company. Shelbourne is responsible for the Chicago Spire development, the 2,000-foot high rise on the lake shore scheduled to be completed in 2011.
Constructed in 1996, The Pointe at Lincoln Park is bordered by Dickens, Sedgwick and Lincoln Avenues. Developed by MCL Companies, the Sun-Times named it "Development of the Year" in 1996.
