Michael P. McGrane and his wife, Kristin, sold their three-bedroom, two bath condo at 2762 N. Lincoln Ave. in Lincoln Park for $480,000 to John Lee on May 16.
Unit #306 is one of 18 in the Delta on Lincoln development, which was built in 2000.
Mr. McGrane is a corporate attorney in the Chicago office of international law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He earned his J.D. from the Kent School of Law in Chicago (2001) and his bachelor's from the University of Illinois (1995).
