Ex-TV reporter Jacobson sells to Morningstar exec

Amy Jacobson and her husband, Jaime Anglada, sold their four-bedroom, 3.1 bath at 3914 N. Marshfield Ave. in Lake View for $938,000 to Sylvester J. Flood on May 6.

Jacobson and Anglada paid $900,000 for the property in May 2005.

Jacobson is a television journalist and a former general assignment reporter for WMAQ-TV (Channel 5), the Chicago NBC affiliate. She worked for WMAQ for 11 years before parting ways with the station in July 2007.

She has since worked as a fill-in radio talk show host with the Roe Conn Show on WLS 890 AM in Chicago. Prior to working for WMAQ, she worked at television stations in Detroit, Mich., El Paso, Texas, Tucson, Ariz., and Alexandria, Minn. She attended the University of Iowa.

Anglada is a territory manager at Cardiovascular Medical Device Manufacturing in Chicago. He earned his bachelor's from the University of Iowa (1997).

Flood is a product development manager at Morningstar Inc., a fund research firm in Chicago.
