Former KU football player turned lawyer sells Diversey condo
Nadine Neue bought a three-bedroom, two bath condo at 1760 W. Diversey Parkway in Lincoln Park for $480,000 from Hamilton H. Hill and his wife, Traci, on May 23.
Unit #3E is one of six in the building.
Neue is an associate in the workers' compensation department at Chicago law firm Rusin Maciorowski & Friedman, Ltd. She joined the firm in 2003 and specializes in workers' compensation and immigration law and is fluent in German.
She earned her J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago (2001) and her bachelor's in economics and studio art from Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y. (1994).
Mr. Hill is a partner at Chicago law firm Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott LLP. He's worked for the firm since 2001.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School (2001) and his bachelor's from the University of Kansas (1998), where he played football for the Jayhawks and was a first-team academic All-Big 12 selection in 1997.
Mr. Hill was a standout three-sport athlete at Wichita Collegiate School in Wichita, Kan. He attended the school the same time as DeAngelo Evans, who went on to play running back for the University of Nebraska and Emporia State. Hill's younger brother Harrison played receiver with the Jayhawks as well.
The Hills bought a home at 1701 W. Wrightwood for $965,000 on March 21.
