Legal consultant sells for $1.15M in Old Town

Joel F. Henning sold a four-bedroom, three bath at 1720 N. Crilly Ct. in Lincoln Park for $1.15 million to Keith Thams on June 4.
Henning paid $895,000 for the home in March 2005.
Henning is a consultant in the Chicago office of global consulting firm Hildebrandt International. The former corporate lawyer specializes in strategic planning for law firms and legal departments.
He has also served as a lecturer in advanced corporate law at the Northwestern University Law School and on the faculty in law firm management from Nottingham Law School in England.
He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and his bachelor's from Harvard as well.
