Rockford dentist spends $455K for Vue condo

Dr. Jason M. Grinter bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 1550 W. Cornelia Ave. in Lake View for $455,000 from the Cornelia Ashland Development Corporation on June 4.

Unit #202 is one of 22 in the building at 1550 W. Cornelia Ave., which is known as The Vue. It's located at the corner of Ashland and Cornelia.

Dr. Grinter is a dentist at the Milestone Dental Clinic in Rockford. He joined the clinic in July 2005 after earning his D.D.S. from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, N.Y. (2004).
