Magazine graphic designer sells on Roscoe

Jennifer L. Hornberger and her husband, Matthew, sold their three-bedroom, 2.1 bath at 1209 W. Roscoe St. in Lake View for $962,500 to Kate Knorring on May 30.
The Hornbergers paid $660,000 for the home in June 1999.
Mrs. Hornberger is a graphic designer for Health Forum, Inc., the Chicago publishing company for Health Facilities Management magazine. The magazine is a publication of the American Hospital Association and provides coverage of issues in the health care facility design and architecture industries.
She earned her bachelor's from the University of Illinois.
