New Ashland condo draws $460K for advertising director

Eric Edge bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 3516 N. Ashland Ave. in Lake View for $460,000 from 3516 N. Ashland Builders Inc. on June 5.
Unit #4S is one of seven in the building, which was completed in March.
Edge is a director of communications in the Chicago office of Euro RSCG, a global advertising and marketing services firm. He joined the company in March after he spent five years as a vice president and associate director of corporate communications at Draftcb.
He has also worked as a senior staff representative for United Airlines. He earned his bachelor's in political science from San Diego State University.
