Private equity pro sells Southport condo

Bevin O'Neil sold her two-bedroom, two bath condo at 2737 N. Southport Ave. in Lincoln Park for $402,500 to Sameer Joglekar on May 30.
Unit #3 is one of three in the building.
O'Neil is the vice president at Avista Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm in New York City. She joined the company in Sept. 2006 after previously working as a senior manager in business development for Tumi, the luxury travel accessories giant.
She has also worked at Guggenheim Capital Management in Chicago, Oaktree Capital Management, DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and DLJ Investment Banking.
She earned her bachelor's in business administration from the University of Michigan.
