Karin Prangley bought a four-bedroom, three bath condo at 823 W. Wolfram St. in Lake View for $745,000 from Schillaci/Birmingham Development Inc. on June 3.
Unit #3E is one of six in the building.
Ms. Prangley is an attorney who has worked in the Chicago office of international law firm Winston Strawn LLP. She specializes in estate planning, including international estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her bachelor's in business from Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Md.
Schillaci/Birmingham Development Inc. is based in Chicago and is responsible for developments such as the residential high-rise at 30 W. Erie St., a six-unit condo building at 3228-30 N. Clifton Ave. and the four luxury row houses at Belden Rowhomes, 801-802 W. Belden Ave.
