Neal A. Salzman sold his four-bedroom, three bath townhome at 1715 N. Wells St. in Lincoln Park for $810,000 to Paul Niser on June 2.
Unit #37 is one of 72 townhomes in the development.
Salzman is a director of sales in the Chicago office at Alcatel-Lucent, the international telecommunications giant. He also served in the same role for computer technology firm Western Multiplex from 1999-2003.
