Real estate developer sells LaSalle condo for $285K

Roi Kiferbaum sold his one-bedroom, one bath condo at 1660 N. LaSalle St. in Lincoln Park for $285,000 to Vickie Bales on May 28.
Unit #3908 is one of 492 in the 42-story high-rise, which was built in 1972.
Kiferbaum is the owner of Bluewater Capital Development, a real estate development firm in Chicago. He is a former project manager for commercial real estate firm Joseph Freed and Associates, where he worked from 2000-05.
He earned his bachelor's from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (2001) and is an alum of Niles North High School in the Chicago suburb of Lincolnwood.
Bales has served as a production director for Chicago Home & Garden , a special publication of Chicago magazine.
