Kathryn F. Taylor sold her two-bedroom, one bath condo in the Surf Condominium at Cambridge at 2837 N. Cambridge Ave. in Lake View for $270,000 to Rose Moore on June 2.

Taylor is a partner in the Chicago office of international law firm Kirkland & Ellis. She specializes in commercial litigation for the firm, including the areas of antitrust and competition, employment and labor law and franchise and distribution issues.

She earned her J.D. from the Washington University School of Law (2001) and her bachelor's in history from Westminster College in Fulton, Mo. (1995).
