Notre Dame accounting grad spends $279K in Sheridan Tower

Julia Jakubek bought a one-bedroom, one bath condo at 2930 N. Sheridan Rd. in Lake View for $279,000 from Kroupa Development on June 5.
Unit #1808 is one of 252 in the 22-story 2930 Sheridan Tower, which was recently converted to condominiums.
Jakubek is a senior in the Chicago office of global financial firm Ernst & Young. She earned her master's in accounting from the University Notre Dame (2005) and her bachelor's from Boston College ('04).
Kroupa Development also has projects in Andersonville at 5248-5256 N. Paulina and in Lincoln Park at 2131 N. Larrabee. The company is also responsible for the recently rehabbed 3033 North Sheridan Tower condo building.
