Jeffrey S. Schiedemeyer and his wife, Carissa, bought a five-bedroom, 4.1 bath at 2244 N. Wayne Ave. in Lincoln Park for $2.45 million from Chicago architectural and development firm Pappageorge Haymes on June 16.
Mr. Schiedemeyer has served as the managing director in the Chicago office of international financial consulting firm Duff & Phelps LLC.
