Dr. Stephanie Kielb sold her two-bedroom, one bath condo at 1023 W. Dakin St. in Lake View for $315,000 to Jack and Leigh Mott on June 11.
Dr. Kielb paid $295,000 for Unit #2W in July 2003.
Dr. Kielb is an assistant professor in the urology department at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. She specializes in female urology and has clinical interests in invasive/laparoscopic surgery and orthotopic neobladder construction.
The Garden City, Mich., native earned her M.D. from the University of Michigan School of Medicine and her bachelor's in chemistry from Wayne State University in Detroit (1991).
