Golman Sachs investor buys condo on Roscoe

Denver Hagan and his wife, Kristen, bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 924 W. Roscoe in Lake View for $489,000 from Chad Braun on Sept. 17.

Braun paid $455,000 for Unit #2 in June 2005.

Mr. Hagan is an investment professional in the Chicago office of Goldman, Sachs & Co., the global investment banking and securities firm. He has worked for the firm since Oct. 2006.

He received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (2002).

The Hagans sold a two-bedroom, one bath condo at 1945 N. Sheffield in Lincoln Park for $372,500 on Aug. 30.

There are four units in the building at 924 W. Roscoe.
