Estate attorney sells in Regal Lofts on Diversey

Mr. Justak
Jessica J. Tilton bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo in the Regal Lofts in Lincoln Park at 1735 W. Diversey for $340,000 from Mel Justak and his wife, Catherine, on Oct. 23.
The Justaks paid $344,000 for Unit #410 in Dec. 2003.
Mr. Justak is an associate attorney at law firm Reed Smith in Chicago. He specializes in estate, gift, generation-skipping tax planning and will drafting.
He previously worked with Sachnoff & Weaver, which combined with Reed Smith in 2007.
Mr. Justak has an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
Tilton has been a pharmacy resident and clinical assistant professor at the University of Illinois-Chicago School of Pharmacy.
The five-story brick Regal Lofts house 107 one-, two- and three-bedroom condos. It was built in 1998 by Enterprise Development Corp.
