Investment analyst buys in East Lincoln Park Village

Brody D. Lynn bought a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 2124 N. Hudson Ave. in Lincoln Park for $371,500 from Jeffrey Grund on June 5.

Unit #302 is one of 30 in the East Lincoln Park Village building, which was developed by Allabastro & Associates.

Mr. Lynn is an analyst at Chicago investment firm Arbor Investments, which he joined in 2007. He previously spent two years as an analyst at LaSalle Bank in Chicago.

He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas.

Chicago-based Allabastro & Associates is responsible for a number of condo developments in the city, including Armitage Village at 448-456 W. Armitage, Belmont Harbor Village at 532-540 W. Belmont and East Wrigleyview Village at 737-747 W. Cornelia.
