Finance rep sells Lincoln Park condo

Chad McQuade sold his condo at 1214 W. Webster Ave. in Lincoln Park for $386,000 to Leeann M. Webster on Oct. 27.

McQuade is a financial representative with The McTigue Financial Group. In the past, he worked as a managing broker at Keller Williams Gold Coast Realty and as a real estate agent at Koenig & Strey GMAC.

McQuade attended Miami University and Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law.
