Deborah E. Bjes sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 3550 N. Lake Shore Dr. in Lake View for $212,000 to Julianna A. Pavel on Dec. 5.

Bjes paid $170,000 for Unit #2308 in April 2001.

Bjes was a partner with the law firm O'Hagan, Smith & Amundsen.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago.

The development at 3550 N. Lake Shore Dr. has 27 floors and was completed in 1962.
