Business analyst gets condo on Melrose

Nathan Megna bought a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 663 W. Melrose St. in Lake View for $221,500 from Robert Milne on Dec. 8.

Milne paid $164,500 for Unit #1C in Sept. 2001.

Megna is a business analyst with EMCOR Group. In the past he worked as a senior regional financial analyst for Equity Office Properties.

He attended Babson College in Wellesley, Mass.
