Accountant, gymnastics teacher selling Lombard 4BD

Scott and Jody Honig have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 27 E. Pleasant Lane in Lombard for $464,900.
The Honigs bought the property for $394,000 in Aug. 2002. The 2,697-square-foot house in the Lombard North neighborhood was built in 1996. Mimi Rushing-Nolan of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
Mr. Honig is an accountant in Lombard.
Mrs. Honig is the owner and president of Tumbling Times, a pre-school gymnastics school.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 235 home sales in Lombard during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $220,450.
