Amy Mahood and Pat Hughes bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1436 Willcrest Road in Naperville from Erin and Jay Thukkaram for $289,000 on Sept. 29.

Mr. Thukkaram paid $327,000 for the property in June 2004. The 1,729-square-foot house in the Heritage Woods neighborhood was built in 1971.

Mahood works as a controller at ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment Services, a provider of food, facility, retail, lodging and other services at various sports and entertainment centers across North America.

She received her B.S. in accounting from the University of Iowa.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,305 homes sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $346,404.
