The Nagles paid $217,000 for the property in Sept. 2002. The 1,272-square-foot house in the Hobson West neighborhood was built in 1962.

Nagle is an associate at the law firm of Kuhn, Heap and Monson. She specializes in estate planning, probate, corporate law, tax compliance for estates and trusts and residential and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to that, she worked as an associate at Madden, Jiganti, Moore and Sinars.

She received her B.A. in business from St. Marys College and her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 739 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $317,750.
