Dr. Anupama Thakrar and Jayesh Thakrar bought a home at 15W562 63rd St. in Burr Ridge from Capri J. Wettour for $1.65 million on Sept. 25.

Wettour paid $1,406,677 for the property in Nov. 2005. The 4,775-square-foot house was built in the North of Plainfield Road neighborhood.

Dr. Thakrar is a radiation oncologist at the West Suburban Hospital Medical Center.

She completed her medical degree at Rush Medical College and her residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 85 home sales in Burr Ridge during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $585,000.
