Web hosting company president spends $2.59M in Burr Ridge

Lech Mazur bought a 6.5-bath home at 6051 S. Garfield Ave. in Burr Ridge from Ted and Jadwiga Bart for $2.59 million on March 1.

The Barts paid $577,500 for the property in March 2002. The 6,570-square-foot home is located in the North of Plainfield Road neighborhood.

Mazur is the president of Advameg Inc., an Illinois-based web hosting and development company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 116 home sales in Burr Ridge during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $565,000.
