Lloyd and Roemmele acquired the property for $480,000 in May 2004.

Ms. Roemmele has been a technology program manager and vice president at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She previously was a senior consultant at Spherion Technology and a manager at Commercial Union.

She attended DePaul University, the University of Aberdeen and Madras College.
