Jonathan Jungk and Brooke Damery bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 722 Clarendon Lane in Aurora from Christian and Crystal Kolodziej for $323,000 on June 15.

The Kolodziejs paid $320,000 for the property in Sept. 2008. The 2,133-square-foot home in Fox Valley Villages was built in 1993. It is located in the Oakhurst subdivision.

Jungk is an operations manager at Fox River Financial Resources, a private investment firm based in Geneva, Illinois.

He most recently served as a portfolio administrator and research analyst at Calamos Investments.

He holds a B.S. in finance from DePaul University and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.

Jungk also sold a home at 2217 Cheshire Drive in Aurora for $344,500 in May 2007.

The Kolodziejs also sold their homes at 615 E. Harding Ave. in La Grange Park for $175,000 in Oct. 2001 and at 3659 Gatewood Lane in Aurora for $235,000 in Oct. 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,947 home sales in Aurora during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $174,000.
