The Warners bought the property for $467,500 on Feb. 2007. The 1,820-square-foot house was built in 1925 in the College Avenue subdivision, located in Northeast Wheaton.

Dr. Warner is a pulmonologist with National Jewish Health South Denver in Englewood, Colo.

She also is affiliated with the Swedish Medical Center and the Centura Health Littleton Adventist Hospital in Louisville.

She received her M.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1990. She trained in pulmonary disease at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 581 home sales in Wheaton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $277,500.
