Linnemeyer acquired the property in March 2009. The 2,916-square-foot house, built in 1986, is in Brighton Ridge. It is part of the Winding Creek subdivision.

Bueche is a member of the law firm The Office of Gregory J. Bueche, where he focuses on general civil litigation, corporate, business law, employment matters and estate planning.

He earned his B.A. and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,390 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $352,000.
