The Moeggenborgs paid $196,000 for the house in December 1994. The 2,364-square-foot house was built in 1979 in Brighton Ridge. It is located in the Westglen Villas subdivision.

Kevin Moeggenborg has been a senior scientist at Cabot Microelectronics Corporation, a supplier of polishing compounds and polishing pads. He is a former senior research scientist at Nalco Chemical Company.

He attended Michigan State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,529 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $342,000.
