McCarty and Alfonso paid $835,000 for the property in Nov. 2006. The home was built in 2001 in the Fox Mill subdivision.

McCarty is vice president of Ryder Transportation, a provider of transportation and supply chain management solutions. She also is vice president of operations for Ryder System Inc.

She attended Monmouth University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 90 home sales in Campton Hills during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $430,000.
