Christopher N. Bougher and Heidi Hem Bougher bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 2521 Bird Lane in Batavia from Robert B. Courtright and Deborah M. Courtright for $577,000 on July 8.

The Courtrights paid $625,000 for the property in May 2006, the same year the 3,521-square-foot home was built in Batavia West.

According to his public LinkedIn profile, Christopher Bougher is a national sales manager at GP Logistics, a freight forwarding company. He previously served as a strategic account executive at Livingston International and as a national account executive at A.N. Deringer Inc. He has also worked at The Dependable Companies.

He holds a B.A. in sociology from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Aurora University.

According to her public LinkedIn profile, Heidi Hem Bougher is a global sourcing manager at Navistar Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of medium and heavy trucks and mid-range diesel engines. Prior to joining Navistar, she served as a transportation analyst at United Stationers and as a GIS analyst at Commonwealth Edison.

She obtained a B.S. in operations management information systems from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. in leadership from Aurora University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 356 home sales in Batavia during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $225,000.
