The property was previously acquired in Jan. 2008. The 3,904-square-foot house, which was built in 1996, is in South Naperville. It is located in the White Eagle Club subdivision.

Asmar is the vice president of medical affairs at Edward Hospital. Beforehand, she was the chief medical officer at St. Joseph's Healthcare and Medical Center and vice president of medical affairs and medical director of the hospitalist program at Mercy Hospital.

She received a medical degree from St. Joseph University in Lebanon and an M.B.A. from Michigan State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,553 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $362,500.
