Mr. Roskens is an architect and project manager at McCauley Mechanical Construction, Inc. Previously, he was a project manager at KHB Group and a designer at Kroeschell Engineering.

He earned his B.A. in architecture from Iowa State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,464 home sales in Naperville during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $357,500.
