Futures trader buys in Lake View

Dudley K. Beyler bought a two-bath home at 2917 N. Lincoln Ave. in Lake View from Catharina M. Wiegman for $425,000 on April 9.

The 1,880-square-foot home was built in 1885.

Mr. Beyler serves as a futures trader at Cheiron Trading, LLC.

He attended the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

There were 910 sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median price of $303,000.
