Stacey Naffah and her husband, Christopher, sold a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 2820 N. Greenview Ave. in Lake View to Mikel and Maureen Naples for $532,500 on April 10.

The Naffahs paid $480,000 for the property in July 2004. The 2,100-square-foot Unit #A is part of the Greenview Townhomes, which was built in 1990.

Mrs. Naffah currently works in national sales and marketing in the Chicago office of People magazine. She previously worked with Reader's Digest and J. Walter Thompson Advertising Agency.

She earned a B.S. in marketing and psychology at Boston College. She received an M.A. in marketing, entrepreneurship and not-for-profit management at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Naffah is an interactive producer at Euro RSCG and the owner of Naffah Multimedia, Inc. Before that he was an interactive producer at Arc Worldwide/Leo Burnett.

He attended Columbia College Chicago.

Mr. Naples is principal consultant at Premier International.

He earned a B.S. in mathematics at Andrews University.

There 1,129 home sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median price of $340,000.
