Mr. Matzek paid $462,000 for Unit #F in Aug. 2004. The condo development at 1523 W. Henderson St. is also known as Henderson Square. It was constructed in 1998.

Mr. Camp serves as a sales associate at Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate. He entered the real estate field after spending almost four years at Careerbuilder.com. Prior to that, he was a sales executive for CDW Computer Centers.

He attended college at the University of Illinois-Champaign, where he studied economics and business administration.

Mr. Matzek serves as the director at Duff & Phelps, LLC, a global independent provider of financial advisory and investment banking service.

Sales at Henderson Square rose 50 percent from 2007-2008. The median sales price, however, dropped 14.2 percent during that time period.

There were 910 condo sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median sales price of $303,000.
