Jennifer Ellis and Brian Kramer sold a condo at 2224 N. Orchard St. in Lincoln Park to Cartus Fin Group for $550,000 on April 22.

Ellis and Kramer paid $615,000 for the condo in July 2007. Unit #2S is part of the 2224 N. Orchard St. condo development, which houses six units.

Ellis has served as a pharmaceutical sales representative at Boehringer Ingelheim.

She received her B.S. in biology from Loyola College Maryland.

Kramer has worked in the securitized products group at Citadel Investment Group. Prior to that, he was an associate director at UBS Investment Bank.

He completed his B.S in finance at the University of Illinois.

There were 662 condo sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $385,000.
