Rochelle Kopp sold a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo at 2637 N. Marshfield Ave. in Lincoln Park to Jeffrey and Beth Boxwell for $398,000 on April 24.
Unit #2 in one of three condos at 2637 N Marshfield Ave. It was built in 1995.
Kopp serves as the managing principal at Japan Intercultural Consulting in California and Illinois. She has also authored several books, including The Rice-Paper Ceiling: Breaking Through Japanese Corporate Culture, Kaisha no Naka no Gaikokujin, and Japanese Multinationals Abroad. Prior to establishing Japan Intercultural Consulting, she worked at two U.S.-based international consulting firms.
She holds a B.A. in history from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
There were 670 condo sales in Lincoln Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $385,000.
