Steven and Amy Fine bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 2845 N. Wolcott Ave. in Lake View from Merri E. Fleck for $612,000 on April 24.

Fleck, along with Kevin G. Fleck, paid $555,000 for Unit #F in Sept. 2004. The 1,494-square-foot house was built in 1998.

Mr. Fine works as an attorney in Chicago. His practice areas focuses on traffic violations, drug crimes, driving while intoxicated, domestic violence, felonies sexual assault, parole and probation, homicide, theft and burglary.

He graduated with a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School and from the University of Iowa with a B.A.

Fleck serves as the director of accounting at Trading Technologies. Prior to that, she worked as director of accounting at Diamond Consulting and senior auditor at KPMG. She also served as an internal auditor at Northern Trust.

She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business and the University of Melbourne.

There were 910 home sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median sales price of $303,000.
